Resin bound surfacing is a completely different alternative to other driveway or paving types.

Resin bound surfacing creates the look of fine aggregate or shingle but without the issues of loose materials. It generally needs to be laid onto a sound base of tarmac, concrete or existing paving if of a sound nature. You will need however to consider if the area needs to be porous in relation to planning consent and construction detail if using for a driveway area.

The choice of gravel colour and textures are almost limitless and can be used for pathways and other areas not just driveways. Resin bound driveways however because of the requirement for a sound base with edging restraint can push the cost higher than most other wearing course materials.
