The Hunza Inground 1-11 driveway light fitting is designed so the lamp can be angled up to 20 degrees, directed at point of interest, entrance feature, tree or a building facade without the need to remove the luminaire from the mounting canister due to the vandal resistant three allen head screw fixing system which attaches the flange to the body of the luminaire. This luminaire has a solid bronze or 316 stainless steel flange.
The Inground 1-11 is suitable for use with 60 watt IRC lamps, which have arange of beam angles from 8 to 45 degrees and is complete with its own 120 or 240 volt ac integral power supply and thermal overload. The AR1-11 lamp has very low glare output due to the dome covering the halogen capsule. The luminaire can be driven over at 10km/h max (6mph) with a maximum vehicle weight of 1500kg (3000lbs) or walked upon without being damaged.
It is fitted with a flush fit lens which stops water pooling and depositing dirt on the lens. It is also supplied with a mounting canister that facilitates ease of installation.
A metal halide version is also available which is extremely energy efficent, outputting 2-3 times the light of a halogen lamp, and uses a GX10 20 or 35 watt lamp.
Available in Pure LED, 12 volt low voltage and a Retro version with a choice of stainless steel or solid bronze flanges.
